Very disappointed with the staff service, even though I had bought 6 tickets, my family and I arrived late at more than 6:00 PM because I had just finished reporting the loss of my belongings at Atlantis Ancol. There was no compensation from the Ancol Gondola staff, the staff should have been able to upgrade to the night gondola tour price so that my family and I could still use the 6 tickets that I had bought. As a result, the 6 tickets could not be used and it was a waste of my time buying them
