Ticket delivery was quick. I've experienced all the aquariums in Singapore and Vietnam, but Ocean Life in Bangkok still has its own way of creating so many beautiful memories for me.

If it's an add-on package, it should be stated more clearly. The ticket description mentions a glass-bottom boat ride, which led to the misunderstanding that the ticket included both admission and the boat ride. As a result, we didn't get to enjoy the boat ride and wasted valuable time that we could have spent with our family during the New Year holiday.

1. Voucher said photo and entry but the voucher for photo was not generated 2. Wanted to combine with glass bottom and 4d entry and purchase at once but couldn’t find a way to do it intuitively 3. Booked glass bottom boat separately, payment went through but voucher didn’t so had to get on another platform Other than that, seamless experience and price was much cheaper than other platforms, easy to book.

It was a very enjoyable activity. It wasn't just an aquatic animal zone; there were also land animals and reptiles. Just watching them was very entertaining. We spent almost two hours there.

SEA LIFE Bangkok Ocean World is a good experience overall. I was pleased with the facility safety measures and found the aquarium's hygiene standards to be high, which made the visit comfortable. The exhibits were well-maintained and the game quality (I assume this refers to the activities/interactive exhibits) was engaging. The signage information was clear and helpful for navigating the large space and understanding the different marine life.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The ticket redemption was very easy. The facilities were all clean. The information signs were clear. It was very safe for kids. No queue at all in early October.

Very disappointed with traveloka not sealife. i bought ticket bundle entry and input 11 october 2025 to enter but when i arrived and scan my ticket, the ticket already used on 7 october 2025. I just come by 11 october 2025, so i should buy again the ticket on the spot and until now traveloka team waiting investigation from supplier. Hopefully traveloka will refund my ticket
