The staff there are friendly and informative. The fees for animal tours and activities are also very affordable. There's a fun short safari. If you want to go straight to the parking lot after the safari, you can take the WaraWiri bus. Make sure you've already toured the hippo area so you don't have to turn back. The location is clean. Snack prices are also reasonable, not overpriced. You'll get a biscuit snack on the way home.

It was a fun holiday, but unfortunately the staff were not very friendly, haha.

There have been many improvements and new animals compared to our last visit two years ago. We suggest curating and carefully selecting food and drink vendors at the food court to ensure we have delicious options for lunch, rather than just average-tasting meals. However its a joyful time for my family. Thank you!

The place is spacious and beautiful, with numerous and well-maintained animals. There's also a playground for resting.

The place is well maintained, and the animals are well cared for. Unfortunately, when I wanted to rent an ebike, it wasn't ready because it was still being charged. Some of the feeding facilities have limited tickets. It's really sad because I came from far away.

The cleanliness there is very well maintained.. the place is nice and comfortable, even though you have to walk quite far, but you are happy and not tired.. hehe

It's fun and there's a mini safari park too, hopefully there will be more animals like giraffes🫶

It was so much fun, there were so many healthy animals. There was just a part of the animal area that I missed because I didn't get the directions, so I didn't know that there were animals on the left side of the entrance😭

From the moment we arrived, we were escorted by staff to the ticket exchange area. Ticket exchange was easy and fast. The area is spacious. The place and arrangement of the animals are neatly arranged. Clean.. the food is also delicious. The play area and rides are okay.. the elephant attraction show is cool and very educational. My family and I, especially the children.. really enjoyed visiting Lembang Park n Zoo Bandung... continued success

The staff are all friendly, it's very clean, and the animal village rides need to be expanded to make it even more exciting.
