The staff at the location are friendly, but perhaps the ticket exchange process needs to be improved to be faster, especially for those who have already purchased tickets. Especially during peak seasons, it would be better to increase the number of staff.

If you want to be satisfied without queuing, come on a day that is not a holiday, eat until you are full, avoid eating inside.

The second ride was on a roller coaster, after that I immediately got motion sickness, I really didn't want to ride that again, I was so nauseous

My lost wallet was found! That day, my wallet fell and was stolen, but the Dairy Queen tenant staff kindly helped check the CCTV footage, then forwarded it to customer service, and security to process it into the building's CCTV. The reporting process was facilitated by the TSM Cibubur staff. With the cooperation of the vendor, building security, and customer service, the perpetrator was finally caught and my wallet returned. When I heard the chronology, I was moved by the security team's efforts, considering the perpetrator had already left the mall and was chased down. It was truly amazing. While on the rides, I felt like royalty. The staff were all friendly and kind to us. The place was clean and comfortable. Perhaps the only thing missing was the announcement of a show on stage; we often missed it because we kept losing track of time. We will definitely be back.
