Memorable playdate with my child and his friends! We went there on Thursday, so there were almost zero queues. We tried all of the attractions. Love the theater performance too.

I came on a weekday, so it was quiet, so I could enjoy all the rides, but some were closed. The ticket exchange process took a while, even though there were few visitors.

It's incredibly crowded. The waiting time for rides can be 1 to 2 hours. It's dirty... visitors litter everywhere, poor cleaning service. The gates opened at 1:00 PM, they said there was a gathering. When we entered... unexpectedly, there were already a lot of people... sitting around picnicking and littering. It seems that when hosting gatherings, there needs to be better management of socialization on Dispose of Trash in the Right Place.

We had a wonderful holiday experience with our grandchildren! The attractions were exciting, and the shows were absolutely fantastic. It was such a joy to see the kids having so much fun. The only downside was the long queues — we had to wait quite a while to get into some of the rides. But overall, it was a great experience. Truly amazing.

Online ticket purchases are faster, with queues only occurring during ticket exchange. The entertainment venue is exciting, with plenty of rides, but queues can be very long on major holidays. Outside food and drinks are not allowed, but the options are also limited.

The sanitation or toilets are smelly and dirty. The waiting time for some rides is very long, more than 120 minutes

During my visit on July 11th, Wanaha Taxi got stuck in the middle of the ride. It then evacuated midway. It shocked my child. It was a very bad experience.

It's so much fun, the game is great even though there aren't many people who challenge the aliex taxi gokil. There's also a parade. It's cool in Dialem, don't be afraid of the heat.

It's so much fun. There aren't many rides, but you can play on all of them, so it's a fun way to spend time with friends. It's located inside a mall, so you can still walk around after playing.

The kids loved playing in the snow and watching the awesome shows. Hopefully, tickets will be more affordable so we can bring the whole family.

I bought a VIV ticket but it's a shame that my 5 year old child can't enjoy many of the rides because of his lack of height and the lack of play rides for children under 5 years old. I was disappointed when it was my 5 year old child's turn to pay, he had to pay in full, but when it was his turn to play, there were many games that he couldn't play. It would be better to increase the number of games for children under 5 years old like those at TSM Makasar.

The staff at the location are friendly, the games are really fun, I don't regret coming here, it's just that I came too late yesterday so I only went on 3 rides, but it was sooooo much fun

I was hoping that I could get in straight away if I had an e-ticket, but it turned out that I still had to queue to exchange it for a physical ticket.

exchanging tickets still have to go to the counter...so you join the queue with those who are buying tickets..my suggestion is it's better to buy VIP tickets, it's expensive but the queue for the rides isn't as long as regular tickets..I bought VIP and could play all the rides with the opening time at 13.00 (it should be 11.00) closing at 18.00. for formula/gocart it closes at 17.00. For those who have never been here, there is no map of the rides..so it's better to just take a photo of the map on the wall when entering the entrance. this ride isn't big. Just info mineral water bottles cost 20 to 25 thousand/bottle, there is only 1 men's toilet (dirty & muddy) the others are all used as women's toilets. thx

Ticket redemption was bad, only one counter opened. The redemption for aplication tickets should be different from OTS tickets.
