Everything is good, the only downside is the ticket exchange. When it's busy with visitors, the queue is already quite long when they open two counters, but suddenly they only open one counter. As a result, the queue gets longer and many visitors complain.

This is my second visit with my family, but at first I was disappointed because online tickets were not given special services & separate lanes so I still had to queue for a long time like on the spot tickets. Some of the officers I complained to didn't know anything about the rules until finally I had queued for a long time before being called & a special online ticket counter was opened, but the readiness of the officers in serving was still very lacking & took a long time. for the games, it turned out that there were no officers to replace the guards so that visitors who had queued for a long time were told to come back and wait for about 40 minutes during the officers' break time. the bathroom where you can rinse off after swimming is also still lacking so the queue is long. hopefully in the future the management & facilities will be improved.
