This highly recommended attraction for all ages is strategically located. The service is excellent, friendly, and the place is clean and cool. The prayer room is also clean, cool, and fully air-conditioned.

Helpfull staff and cozy place

The museum was fun, with lots of interesting things for kids to learn. It was also fun to get the immersive experience. Unfortunately, I was there with a group of school children running around during the immersive experience. It was a real bummer.

Ticket exchange is easy, and if you arrive on a quiet day, you can book 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. The experience would be better if the narrative were more specific. The immersive duration is 15 minutes.

Redeeming tickets is easy. You can get discounts on admission and immersion tickets through the app, and it's explained that seniors over 60 years old get free admission. Come on a quiet day so you can explore as much as you like, and you can still buy immersion tickets 10 minutes before the scheduled time.

The staff was very helpful with information, and I arrived late for the immersion but was able to join later. It was a pleasure to be there.

Such an amazing experience at the National Museum of Indonesia! I’ve never felt this comfortable and excited in a museum before. The exhibitions were so interesting — from giant interactive screens, historical artifacts, ancient statues, to beautiful Jepara art displays. The museum was also super clean, fragrant, and had very cool air conditioning, so we could enjoy everything comfortably without getting tired. Even the kids loved it and never got bored — they’re already asking to come back again! This place truly made me learn more about Indonesian history and culture and feel even more proud of Indonesia. Note: I came during the day, but I heard it’s even more beautiful at night with all the lights and the aesthetic atmosphere. Definitely want to come back again at night!
