The place is clean and comfortable. I brought my baby with me during my visit. I was pleased to see a lactation room available, allowing the baby to rest and drink milk. However, the room's facilities were incomplete. There was no diaper changing table, sink, or water for preparing baby formula. Furthermore, the lactation room was quite far from the restroom.

All the staff at MNI are very nice and professional.

Just arrived again, and oh my God, I was amazed by the museum. It's so modern, neat, and clean. I hope it continues to be busy with visitors.

The place is really spacious and clean and there is a lot of history in every corner, I also watched the exciting immersive show, it's just that it didn't even take 1/2 an hour to finish, it was so fast.

The children were happy from watching Pitraloka and then before going home, they scanned their faces to match them with faces from various ethnic groups...

Good. However, it's a shame that some facilities (tribal scan and children's room) close between 12:00 and 1:30 PM.

The entry process is very easy. Tickets obtained from the app don't need to be exchanged. Simply display the barcode on your phone screen and scan it at the entrance, just like on the MRT.

The staff is helpful, very helpful, good for those who like history.

The National Museum has now been renovated, it is very nice, everything is well arranged, the museum flow is also smooth and fully air-conditioned, all the information on the inscriptions is very educational.
