The place is very clean, the children are comfortable and happy.

Too crowded, its better if u limit the visitor by time, u have to know how many peoples in there at the moment

There are some free animals such as deer and turtles, lots of good photo spots.

It's an exciting experience when you visit here, you can see the animal habitat up close while enjoying a variety of dishes according to your taste.

Good Botanical Garden & Animal

The information is easy to get, the staff are friendly, patient in explaining things, and cleanliness is maintained because there are staff who regularly go around the location.

simple, redeem the vch to exchange with wristband.. tap the wristband at turnstiles to enter main park, animal park, botanical park & scan to buy some food for animals & human as well.. cashless, just prepare QRIS for F&B payment later at checkout.. Quite amusing with various kinds of animals.. my children love it! 💜 Since it open-air area, the venue's well prepared with some umbrellas..

There are many animals we're not used to. The atmosphere is very relaxing and green. You can interact directly with the animals, especially reptiles and turtles. Drinking water is also provided. The staff is also friendly. Ticket exchange is also easy. And there are capybaras. Awesome.

Good place but pricey yaa….. parking only for electric vehicles, must pay 100 if you want to park with non electric vehicles

The park was well maintained and so were the animals it seems. Very cute owl did a little dance when we patted her head. There were some renovations too, maybe they were expanding the area.

Overall, the experience was actually good, I was happy, the mengs have zodiac signs, have personalities, I feel alive when playing with them. The cat lounge guards are also very passionate about cats ❤️❤️ But I'm sorry, I can't give a full rating yet. A few notes, hopefully they can help for further evaluation: 1) In addition to the cat lounge, increase the number of animals, especially the ones in front. It's just turtles. 2) The cat lounge is limited to one session of 30 minutes, but there is no explanation on Traveloka. Or maybe I accidentally skipped it. So: a) Please explain that one session is only 30 minutes, and the cat lounge ticket is only valid for one session. b) Please also explain if you want to add a cat lounge session, etc., is it paid or not possible at all, aka you can only access the animal park and animal park feeding after the cat lounge.

When we arrived, the automatic gate system was having errors, so we had to wait for more than 40 minutes, and the animal area isn't that big.

Affordable location in the city center, clean and comfortable. We just need to find information about buying tickets.
