Universal Studios Singapore was an enjoyable experience overall, with beautifully designed themed zones and exciting attractions. The park is clean, well-organized, and the staff are friendly and helpful throughout the visit. Rides like Transformers and Revenge of the Mummy were definitely highlights and delivered a great experience.
However, I was a little disappointed because several attractions were closed during my visit, especially the roller coasters. Since these are some of the park’s biggest highlights, their closure made the overall experience feel less worth the ticket price. If more major rides had been operating, the value for money would have been much better.
Ambiance/Facilities: The park is well maintained with plenty of restaurants, rest areas, lockers, and clean facilities.
Service: Staff members are professional, welcoming, and always willing to assist visitors.
Cleanliness: The entire park is spotless, including walkways, attractions, and public facilities.
Highlights: Great theming, immersive environments, and family-friendly entertainment. The operating attractions are high quality and fun.
Price: The experience is enjoyable, but if multiple major rides are unavailable, especially the roller coasters, the admission price feels harder to justify. I would recommend checking attraction availability before visiting to get the best value.
