It was a smooth one when we entered USS, all we do was scanned the ticket we bought from Traveloka. All the staffs there are friendly, we feel safe during our time when having fun in USS. Over all, it was an amazing experience

It was Fun! We came at the right time, queue is not really long, so we can try almost all of the rides. All the rides were in good condition, helpul staff, so it was a great experience.

The place is very easy to access with public transportation, the entrance ticket price is quite affordable because of the challenging rides, at that time the weather was a bit cloudy so it wasn't hot, only the food booths didn't have halal/non-halal signs, so we only bought mineral water/ice cream

First time here, great experience especially if you visit on weekdays and know the right route. waterworld is close permanently.

The place is nice and clean, but the queue is too long, playing is too short...there are many rides that 4 year olds can't get on because they're not high enough...even though the full ticket price is for children, that's a real shame.

Unfortunately, I failed to go to USS due to one reason or another. The Traveloka CS team helped me reschedule, but it wasn't my destiny because I was too short of time.

Universal Studios Singapore is a world-class entertainment destination with exciting rides, immersive experiences, and unforgettable experiences for all ages.

Satisfied, we didn't come too early, the queue was only long in the afternoon around 12.00-15.00 but still satisfied to get around 7 rides... just went home, it was quite a queue to get on the MRT.. we bought a regular ticket
