The ticket exchange process in the app is very easy, especially since there are many promos, then you can get epic sale promos, the cleanliness is very good, there is a prayer room near the entrance on the left and don't forget to bring a tumbler to refill gretong drinking water, if you bring children there is a place to rent strollers/toy cars, directions are available, don't forget there is a wings of bird show and a wild bird show, every 10.30 AM and 12.30 PM, if you want to eat there is a food court in the theater area. The child-friendly area is the best, if you are lazy to walk, just wait for the tram. At the exit you can buy interesting and cute souvenirs and if you want to buy the results of the photos taken by Kang Foto after you entered, bring a contactless debit card to pay there. Buy the ticket when there is a promotion buy 1 get 1 free. I was a little confused when booking the time slot, but in the end I did it. Travel by bus or MRT to Khatib station. There will be a shuttle bus at the station. Get off at Bird Paradise. The fare is 3 dollars. The return trip is free. There is a restaurant. There is a free water dispenser. It is an open bird park. Walk around as you please.

The bird park was superb and I think it worth your money, However, when you buy your ticket, do not purchase it from app. They do not honor their discount and promotions. I had to wait for 2 hours outside the park because their buy 2 get 1 free doesn’t work. I ended up having to buy for an extra ticket so that we can get it. When I try to claim to traveloka they try to dodge responsibility until I threatened to report to authority, only then they give me a refund.

1 for 1 promo is worth ! Once order confirmed ,you will received one ticket . and the free ticket will only issue once date /time slot booking confirmed.
