Our group has 4 adults and 3 children. We mistakenly booked tickets for the wave park in Ocean 2 but wanted to play the water park in Ocean 3. The staff advised and helped us change the tickets right at the ticket gate without any extra cost. The games are diverse and the feeling is very strong, everyone had a great experience with the family.

Newly opened so there are few games, not too diverse, the waiting line is still long because there are too few floats Promotional month so the ticket price of 50k/1 time is worth it but next month the price will be 250k, so it is not worth it

Beautiful place to swim, relax and check in. Low season ticket prices are very cheap but the experience is great. Not too crowded and the climate is cool but not cold so it's very nice!

The QR code issued by Traverloka could not be scanned at the entrance. We had to wait outside for 1 hour in the hot sun and I had 4 children. Traverloka experience is terrible!

Had a bit of a problem with ticket exchange, but received enthusiastic and quick support from the staff. Fun, quality game. The park has an indoor artificial beach, moderate water temperature, very suitable for families with young children to avoid the sun and heat.

Bought combo ticket can't be scanned at counter, had to wait a long time to get it resolved. Food service is too expensive, no place to sit and eat. 100k lunch is not enough as in the menu. Vin 2 wave pool is under repair without notice. Game area is crowded so had to wait a long time to play. 1 bad experience

I couldn't scan the QR code, the staff there said the ticket was invalid. I entered the QR code but it didn't work either. Finally had to ask Vin for support by entering it first and then reporting the error to Traveloka to resolve it.
