I bought a booking for the 17th of August, especially Saturday, it turns out that this is a Monday-Friday ticket, so if it can't be used on Saturday, it can't be booked or opened.

i went there on saturday 13th april in the morning but because the ticket is only valid on weekedays i couldnt use the ticket and ended up not going on sampan rides at all please make a refund for me ! my flight back to jakarta on the same day in the evening ! from batam !

It might be a bit expensive but I swear the experience of riding the boat was really fun, my mom kept asking for photos there and was happy.

Perfect for a chill afternoon. The Sampan ride offers a peaceful break with amazing views of the mall and waterfall.

The activities were exactly what we wanted, fuss-free and simple. The staff Yoke Kuan had been very helpful and great in organizing the events for us. It was a very good experience for us.
