Very helpful & trustworthy app. All things were done via Skyworld app - go during weekday in morning, everything were accessible and queue were not too long. Enjoyed it very much.

Awesome, enjoyable experience

Ticket redemption was very smooth, just scan at the gates and we can enjoy both the cable car and Genting Sky Worlds theme park. The downside was the crowds and very thick haze.

We bought tickets for Skyworld and Awana Skyway through the app (they have offers). When we reached the station, we immediately entered the cable car and also on our visit day there was not a bad crowd, so we took almost 6, 7 rides in 4 hours and enjoyed a lot...

We were so happy even though we had to queue, but all the games we played were so satisfying 😍. The kids were happy, and we were happy too.

We can ride all attractions without a hassle. No need for redemption as well during entry, only needs the barcode and that’s it. We can enjoy all attractions as long as they are available. The queue is long but still okay. It is very worthy to go to Skyworld. You won't regret! Just come in the morning 😉

The staff is very friendly. The toilets are clean and not smelly. Food and drinks are easy to get and the prices are very reasonable and delicious. The time to ride each ride is not long. Will repeat again

Thank God, my vacation at Genting Skyworld was amazing. The kids were happy, and the moms were happy.

Morning okay, but in the afternoon it was raining from 2 PM till 5 PM. Nothing much can be done there because of the heavy rain. Will repeat again because there are still many rides to try. Good experience. Overall the park is good.

It's fun and enjoyable. Tickets are easy to use, and access to premier rides is also easy. The staff is friendly and very helpful.
