Need more sign or directory. Food waiting time can be improve

Good place and nice view! But unfortunately there are lack of information signs and no stroller and wheel chair path in all areas

Great view and entertainment spot specially for kids. I got there when the alpacas are running around but not in the cage so we can get really close to them. But some animal was in quarantine, too bad. Other than that is actually really fun, relaxing

The place is really nice, the staff is friendly, and there are quite a lot of animals to see. The area is spacious and clean, so it's recommended for family time.

I went there with my family. It wasn't crowded at all, maybe because we went there on Friday. The staffs were helpful, they were willing to respond to questions my parents threw at them and help my family interact with the animals. One possible improvement would be to add some facilities where people could protect themselves from rain along the walking area. About 30 minutes-1 hour into our visit, rain suddenly fell. We were at the walking area at the moment it was raining and had to rush because there was no area for us to stay protected from the rain. Other than that, it was a nice experience.

The place is cool and beautiful, perfect for family recreation, and there are play areas that kids will love. There's limited indoor food, but there are outdoor options. The variety of animals makes it a great educational spot for children.

It's definitely worth buying through the app because the prices are cheaper than buying directly at the ticket counter. This place is highly recommended for families and singles alike, as it offers plenty of spots for playing and taking photos, and the public facilities, like the prayer room and restrooms, are clean.

Bali Farm House is a kid-friendly tourist spot, so much fun. The animals are well-maintained, and there's a playground, making the kids very happy. Currently, there's still a lot of empty land without animals, but hopefully, it will be filled in the future. It's definitely worth a family vacation here.

The ticket is a bit pricey, not many animals inside, it’s only for picture purposes I guess, the playground ground needs to be change to artificial grass or sands so it won’t hurt the kids in case they fall, however, would love to visit again in the future

Signs/directions in the area need to be improved so that visitors don't get confused about directions.
