The service was very satisfying. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was okay. The staff were nice, but the place lacked air conditioning, so it was very hot. Overall, it was okay.

The staff is friendly, and the facilities are quite complete. The grounds are also quite clean for a zoo. The downsides might be that the directional signs are a bit confusing, and some animals lack nameplates. It might be helpful to add local names to the animals, rather than just their official names.

While it's nice to have new zones added, it's a shame that the rides require additional fees and are closed until the afternoon. A later night with lights would be even more appealing.

The animal collection is quite complete, my suggestion is to maintain cleanliness, especially in the animal cages because there are some smells that are quite disturbing, more trash cans should be provided and information boards with animal names should be provided because some are missing/or damaged, but otherwise it is good.

Come early, when it's not too crowded so you can still enjoy it.

The queue is a little bit long, but once you enter, you can visit various animals, even feeding alpaca there.

It's so much fun to vacation here! All the shows are entertaining and educational, and the place isn't as big as most zoos. I came here on the weekend and it was busy, but not too crowded. It was really cool, especially since I got to interact with so many animals 🤗

I came here during a time when there were a lot of school children. The place is actually okay, but the ticketing management is lacking. Those who had booked online still had to queue, and there's no barcode scanning system. I also think the visitor quota needs to be considered, to adjust the space accordingly.

Clean, well-maintained, and fragrant. I thought it would smell bad when I passed the barn, but it actually smells good. Please pay attention to the toilets.

There are lots of reptiles and birds, but there are no wild animals yet.

It was very interesting. First, I ordered Suraloka pass tickets through the app and at the ticket counter, all I had to do was show them. It was very easy and I was immediately invited into the rides. Then, along with the cute animal show. The most interesting thing after the show, visitors were invited to interact directly with the animals. This is what really made my child happy, being able to hold snakes, iguanas, owls, and others. After being satisfied with walking around, it turned out that there was also another show at the zoo area featuring cute animals like cats, birds, hamsters, and also dogs who performed extraordinary stunts.

It's a great place, perfect for family time, with an area where you can interact directly with birds, an aquatic zone, a food stall, and a place to feed the animals.

It's worth it for the price, but there are a few cages that smell a bit bad on the 2nd floor on the south side... If possible, the price of animal food should not be more than 50% of the entrance ticket, because we as visitors also help feed the fauna, right?
