The location is airy. Still under construction, will come again in the near future.

The water park is very large. The games are divided by age and are suitable for playing without getting bored. There are many resting and eating areas. You can also comfortably bring food from outside. Buying tickets in advance on traveloka is a bit cheaper and holding the QR code is quick and convenient.

The only thing that doesn't make sense is that the indoor playground doesn't pick you up right away, but you have to walk a bit, while the train doesn't run and then stops to wait.

I didn't know the way so I asked the staff and they gave me very enthusiastic, cheerful and friendly directions.

No need to change tickets, just show the QR code and you're in.

The ticket price is a bit high to take the train to go sightseeing around. Retail according to customer's choice is better. The water park is the best, it's worth it after playing. The ticket price on the app is cheaper than at the counter. Unfortunately, the snow castle is closed and cannot be visited. Food prices will be higher in any tourist attraction.

The tourist area is under construction, many items are not finished. Mainly for swimming, ticket price is still high.

- Water park: high quality, modern games, but not many games, about 6~8 games for adults. - Game house area: only fans at noon, quite stuffy and hot, games are okay. There are still many projects under construction, with good prospects in the future.

The sale ticket price is great, have fun. Should buy tickets on the app.

Horrible experience. I bought the combo tickets just for them to tell us that we still have to pay extra for pretty much every single games and rides. The staff were super useless, unable to support any problems that we had, claiming they don’t know about the policy. Food was extremely overpriced, and there were maggots in our meals. Would not recommend this to anyone

Really, the toilet has some fragile keys, the float is for 4 people, 2 people are allowed to go, the staff at the 2-person slide yelled at the customer "bring the float up here and see" even though my wife was choking on water.

The artificial wave beach area has a lot of iron spikes...

we came on the weekdays which nobody, benefit was we didn't need to wait for line. but a lot of facilities close and it's too expensive, not really worth for that price

The 4-person slide is the most fun, but I was short of people so I borrowed a lifeguard and it was so much fun, there was a tube for 1 person and 2 others. Overall it was ok, the lazy river was wide but a bit boring, the wave area was 🌊🌊🌊 v~ high, overall you should try it
