The staff were very friendly, we enjoyed the experience in Snow World. Perhaps there will be more games and wahana to play with the children.

There needs to be a first aid kit on site. My nephew fell and hit his face on the snow on the children's slide, causing his nose to bleed. The staff didn't act quickly enough, and the alcohol couldn't be used. The bottle wouldn't open, and trying to force it open with a tool other than an alcohol bottle opener ended up being unsterile. It was truly an unforgettable experience.

Came here with a group of kids, it was so much fun when the tickets were on promotion.

Thank God I got it for 69,000 haha no need to wear socks apparently…. Bring your own jacket, no rentals. Food is available at the restaurant inside, 600ml water costs 15,000, chicken noodles with meatballs costs 45,000. If it’s expensive, don’t buy it, just eat downstairs. Don’t come when you’re hungry, you’ll get hypothermia because it’s quite cold in my opinion. Lockers cost 35,000, if it’s not important, just bring your belongings inside, there are tables, but don’t leave valuables on the tables because the play area is far from the tables. So far, I’ve been playing for 2 hours without getting bored, and it’s no problem training my kids to be brave and play tumbling. Thank you

It was really fun playing at TSW Juanda Bekasi. The staff was friendly, except for the person manning the food stand selling odeng (a type of food that was rude). Even though we wanted to buy, not ask, and the prices were expensive. At least smile. This is serving rude faces. The game facilities are fun. Another thing that's lacking is the cleanliness and poor condition of the toilets. The walls are partially destroyed, and there are no tissues, and they're dirty. Hopefully, the sanitation and cleanliness will be improved.
