For the first time doing with my beloved,

Alhamdulillah got a cheap ticket, bought via Traveloka 65 thousand, we went as a family. but when we entered we were surprised because the jacket was not available for loan, if socks can be bought at the shop there for 10K. so if you want to go here, prepare to wear a jacket and socks, oh yes, buying the photo is quite expensive 😁 230 thousand Only get a softcopy.

The staff is nice and friendly, explains well. But there are some things that should be fixed. Oh yeah, the price of printing photos is so expensive, so I didn't print photos

Overall it was a very fun experience, very enjoyable with family... but the hygiene is just standard, also you got to prepare extra budget for locker room and tools.. However The staff's instructions are clear, but the snow guard should be more present, as many incidents could occure when so many people interacts..

It's quite exciting and fun, even though the arena is not very big 👍

time is limited and runs out because of the queue to get on the rides

When I went there on Friday at 3pm, HR was already quite crowded. Maybe KL is still quiet at 12pm. It's nice, it's not too cold so the kids don't have to shiver playing in the snow.

Highly recommended for family vacations.
