The staff are lovely and explain very well. The ticket counter may have to wait a long time, a little slow. You can exchange the ticket for a discount on drinks. When I went, a lot of it was closed for renovation. There should be a sign clearly stating the duration of the renovation. The sign only said jelly fish zone coming soon. When I actually went in, I didn't think that it would be closed this much because I've been there before and it was closed for renovation. Now, a lot of it is being renovated and they didn't inform me anything before booking.

to be honest, its just basic experience, the aquarium and the fishes are great but the places is dirty, if you really want to see great aquarium this is not the places but if you want to spends time with your children they may like it. the staff are helpfull and kind.

Some of the aquarium zone were under construction without any info for my decision on the purchasing, it should have been a discount or notice since we cannot enter every part of the place.

It's expensive, the bathrooms are terrible, the staff are grumpy, the interior is not as advertised, it's a fake image, there should be enough and cleaner bathrooms, the waiting bathrooms are as bad as the workers' bathrooms, run away, don't come here.
