The cable car ride from start to finish was actually very good. The ride was smooth, the cabin was clean, odor-free, and the ride still looked very decent and well-maintained. Access to the cable car was also easy, both from Genting Premium Outlet and Sky Avenue.
The queue from Genting Premium Outlet was quite orderly, as numerous officers were on duty, from before the QR code scan, through the gate, and through to the boarding area, ensuring a clear and orderly flow.
However, it was a bit of a disappointment on the way down to Genting Premium Outlet from Sky Avenue. After passing through the QR scan and gate, the queue area for the cable car became disorganized. The line narrowed and there were no officers directing it, leading to many visitors pushing each other. This created an uncomfortable atmosphere and even provoked some anger.
Overall, the cable car experience was very comfortable, with the only improvement being the queue management during the descent from Sky Avenue.
