The check-in process is very easy, just show the ticket via the traveloka app. The security is friendly and very helpful regarding luggage storage (travel luggage), the toilet is clean, the golf cart rental is affordable even though we got off in the middle of the road because time was running out, the tour guide in the golf cart is informative, the animal collection is quite large and looks healthy, the price of buying feed to feed the deer is affordable, the shady atmosphere because there are many trees when we arrived, the atmosphere was not too crowded so it was comfortable to go around, the taste of the food we bought was delicious but there were flies. This was our first visit and the children seemed happy. Keep up the good work. Suggestion: regulate the flies and vendors at the exit because they are very annoying.

It's clean now, we visited a week before the fire nation attacked. I hope all the residents of Bandung Zoo are healthy, and I hope the problem is resolved quickly so we can play again.

Ticket exchange was fast and because there was a toddler, we got a fast track when we had to queue to enter the zoo.

It's a great place to bring the family, especially little ones, for a trip to Bandung Zoo. Besides educating kids about animals, parents also get some exercise by walking around the zoo grounds.💃😇
