My wife and I are both over 70 years old. We celebrated our birthdays and booked our Phu Quoc trip through an app, including flights and sightseeing tickets. The app provided excellent guidance, from payment to flight schedule updates. Upon arriving at Grand World Phu Quoc, the staff were very helpful, assisting us with boarding and disembarking the boat twice, and even taking photos for us as souvenirs, leaving us with wonderful memories of our Phu Quoc trip.

Actually, the ticket codes from app can't be read by the scanner to enter the gate at Teddy Museum and Water Taxi, but the staff were so friendly and helped us enter and enjoy the trip.

Buying tickets was convenient and cheaper than the listed price. However, due to the Lunar New Year holiday, there were too many customers, resulting in long waiting times.

A combo for 3 attractions, the exchange process is not complicated, except for the queue, especially for the water taxi; you need to check and estimate the queue. The show is quite interesting, with a movable stage and even a floor that can be filled with water.

Here the prices are cheaper and the exchange is also easy.

We had been lining up at the water taxi line at 8:30 p.m. before the closing time, but we were told the line had been cut off by the 9 p.m. closing time. We had been following the 10 p.m. closing time with the aplication timetable. We are very disappointed that the new timetable has not been updated yet, plus our ticket cannot be rescheduled.

Our family had a great experience at Grand World. The Quintessence of Vietnam show is great and worth watching. Buying show tickets 1 day in advance on the app is very convenient, at the gate just check the QR code to enter. Grand World is like a miniature city, crowded and colorful at night, with lots of delicious food.

You won't ever regret coming here.
