Same day use. Easy exchange. Show the barcode to the counter and they will scan it. There are free lockers there to store your bags.

Amazing experience and my daughter really loves this activity... Hopefully someday we will back again to enjoy this ride.

the staffs were friendly and very accommodating. they told us to took 2 round, at first we were skeptical but then they persuaded us and we took it. turned out it was so fun and we had such a good times!

It's really exciting, they can automatically brake themselves without us needing to brake, you can request full speed or slow speed

I had an amazing experience with the Alpine Coaster in Sapa! The ride was thrilling, and the views were absolutely stunning. The service was excellent, and everything was well-organized. I’m totally satisfied and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sapa. Thank you the saff for their enthusiasm and kindness.

Very fun and recommended. The view from the ride is very beautiful. The cold temperature is defeated by the thrill and the view. The ride is very safe and supervised by professionals.

including free shuttle, staffs are friendly. The information signs are clear, turnover was quite quick, so the queue wasn't long. the coaster itself is superb and you should try at least once. They provided the photo service if you're interested; which captured your moments during the ride.

This place is just for sledding, sliding down and then up, there is no place to visit and take pictures. New sledding, enthusiastic staff. There is a shuttle bus from Sapa to the sledding place.

Worth every cent spend here. Really affordable compared to others platform. Pick up and drop off also easy to find. Will repeat if go to Sapa next time.

Well worth a try. - Free round-trip bus is available from the ticket counter (in front of the Stone Church, Convention Center). You buy tickets in advance on Traveloka at a cheaper price and go to the ticket counter to register your car for free in 5 minutes. The car will take you to Ban Mong and of course you can admire the scenery along the way without having to pay for the car :) - If you enjoy the game, you can play it again for 1/2 price. (My child also registered himself to play a second time and I paid after finishing playing). Overall it's worth a try

easy ticket purchase process, there is a free shuttle back and forth from the sapa convention center next to gelato. The staff is very helpful. At the location, the e-ticket traveloka is exchanged again at the counter to become a paper ticket. easy. finished exchanging tickets, the bag is stored in a free locker. the rides are exciting, still new, the view is stunning. Played 2x just to be satisfied

We went there on a rainy and foggy day so there was no one 🤣 luckily the fog wasn’t too thick so we still got to enjoy the view. Also they provided free disposable raincoats. It was fun, we even rode twice haha

An exciting experience and quite an adrenaline rush, we can also adjust the speed of the train. With sharp turns and beautiful views, it certainly won't be enough if you just do it once.

It's really exciting... it makes you addicted and gets your adrenaline pumping, the speed and slowness are set by ourselves
