Package prices and descriptions do not match those in the application

I came alone with my mom to take a full-face facial package 90 minutes. But the staff ran out of massage only 30 minutes said it was over and my mom went downstairs immediately. Then I complain why it's so fast while in traveloka 90 minutes. After that they just said oh yes it turned out to be a mask, then I was given a mask while my mother was already hurried down and was finished not getting a mask. So bad the staff isn't briefed!
