First time eyelash extension at Lashtopia. The place is clean, comfortable. The process of appointment and voucher redemption is easy. On time, it can even be served faster than the appointment schedule. But only here I feel pain when applying eyelashes. The eyelashes feel like they are being pulled/pulled and this happens several times. The therapist said it was because there were eyelashes stuck to the plaster. The results are good, but I give up on the treatment here if I remember the pain of pulling/pulling eyelashes..

I repeatedly called for reservations but was not picked up. finally came directly around 10 in the morning, but was refused with the reason that it was full. even though I see there are no customers. Finally, Ms. decided to serve me at 11.30. apparently only about 30 minutes I was called again. I see in the room there is 1 person being served, but whether it's a customer or fellow staff too. actually the staff are quite friendly, but yeah the initial reception makes it less comfortable.
