First time trying Haircode. Like the results and the knowledge of the hairdresser, Mr. Usman. The CS was very helpful when exchanging vouchers. Although last month when I wanted to exchange, I was annoyed because the CS seemed to "make it easy" for clients who used vouchers, so I canceled.

It was better when the protocol was quiet before, but yesterday during the hairwash I felt like I was listening to the salesmen talking and then offering this and that, if offered add creambath, hairmask or vitamins don't want it because it is subject to additional fees which are quite pricey. The cut model is normal, for the voucher redeem process it's easy, the cashier is friendly.
