Javanese massages Taman Sari Royal Heritage is no doubt! The massage therapist was okay, and yesterday I was given an upgrade to use Villa 1.But unfortunately there was no foot washing and complimentary ginger tea like they used to serve before. Even though the foot washing is written on the description box. Maybe because of the pandemic so there are service adjustments, huh? But overall, it was worth it with all the prices.

I was completely mesmerized by the view of this huge fountain seen directly from the spa lobby. And then going down, there is an indoor swimming pool with a touch of Javanese accent. The room for the treatment was very private, which I like. High-skilled therapist - I enjoyed every second I spent in Taman Sari Spa. Thanks!

A nice place, clean and friendly staff

It's very nice to have a spa experience here, the attitude of all the staff is pleasant and friendly. The atmosphere and place are very calming and comfortable. Cleanliness is maintained. After jetlag, you can experience the spa here to make your body fitter and more comfortable. The products used are all from Mustika Ratu and I really like them. Thank you!

It is quite good location but I found the place way below it should be or it used to be. Just for example, receptionist not very communicative, then many sop were not in place, like no music in room, no smell from aroma etc... It could be a top spa but it's just ok ok.

We had a very wonderful & amazing massage with ambient & comfortable environment. The masseur very experienced and cheerful. They served with great tea. I am surely will come back! Only that, i really hope that they play the Bali instrumental song.
