The first doctor to come was greeted in a friendly manner, the atmosphere was good, clean and fragrant, the therapists and staff were all polite... everyone was not in a rush... even though they used a voucher, everyone was professional... I will definitely come back again.

The spa location is very strategic, in its own building, not in a mall, so it is quite comfortable and not crowded with mall visitors. The place is very comfortable, the vibes and ambience are like in Bali 😊, and also clean. The therapists who handled me: Mba Selly and Mba Cecil were very friendly, the massage was also good and right, so after finishing the spa, the body felt fresh and very relaxing. Pay for a 90 minute massage. Wait for the ready room for 7 minutes. Wash feet 5 minutes. Steam (even though you don't want to) 10 minutes. Massage for only 45 minutes really rushed. Already so the therapist from massage the body to massage the head / face not washing hands first. Very upset. The discount is only a little, but the service is immediately discounted 50%, I'd better pay in full!

My Bio Classic Facial 60' was good as standard facial, no add face serum. I feel my face clean and smooth after facial. The ambiance were great and calm. They are professional therapist. For basic facial, this package is quite good and worth it if combined with traveloka's deal.
