now the point cut is not like it used to be, the lack of service seems unprofessional when working. hairspa, meni pedi at the same time even became uncomfortable because the employees did not understand the workflow, so my body was pulled here and there, the better seat was more comfortable for doing 3 treatments at once. the employees focus on 1 treatment first so it's not messy so I only feel good about massage

I've always been to pointcut for hairspa and have always been satisfied. now starting to go there again, but the service is lacking, especially the manicure one is jutek. I already know there is a pedi treatment too, but it seems like I'm not happy when my work is being disturbed for a pedi. The work is too fast, so I just need to nail it. Pedicure is ok, it took a long time to do it, this time I'm not satisfied, so I don't go there anymore

Great for all the facility and cleanliness.

The seat and table were sanitized before I used it. The tools were sterilized as well. The haircut is great. Voucher redemption was super easy. All staff are friendly. Not sure though whether they use the Kerastase shampoo for me or not, because they didn't ask which variant I want and I didn't check, but it's not a big deal

Will definitely come back anyway
