Overall service was good. But they made me wait 40mins to get the treatment. Initially they said 6pm, i started the consult at 6.38pm. Others who came at 7ish only wait abt 10mins idk why(?) lol

Waited for about 20 minutes to scrub, after scrubbing, rinse without shampoo, then haircut, then blow dry, I thought I would rinse with shampoo, but apparently not, hehe. Ma'am, the one who did the massage scrub was great, the one who did the haircut was friendly, good but the cut on the left is a bit out of shape, the layers are different from the one on the right. The female staff, mostly dirty, are really different from the male ones who are friendly
