3 of my nails hurt even 1 to the point of bleeding. not given cuticle softener, not using cuticle scissors, only snake tongue. hopefully in the future it will be better. overall good that's all. thank you

okay location close to home, first visit to Smooch, all staff friendly & nice place. but 1 day after installation, 6 lashes fell out and the glue felt really sore & bru even 1 week today it's half shed off the lashes & the first new bumps here my hairs are not durable because usually in places that like to install 1mth it's still good but now it's half ajah the lashes
