a bit gong when I arrived it turned out the price was cheaper to buy directly at meiso at traveloka 143k/60 minutes, at meiso citywalk 130k/60 minutes if I had known I would have just bought directly at meiso

A bit surprised because Meiso here is really bright, honestly it's less comfortable because it's not as relaxing as usual. The staff and therapists are friendly plus according to Meiso standards.

clean room. the therapist is good. very smooth massage but the results are stiff, sore muscles that can be relaxed. After the massage... I'm so relaxed. Sleep is also very comfortable because all the stiff muscles are relaxed. hehehe thx

Only one of the masseuses was super rude, in gesture and attitude, did not listen to the customer's feedback/request on massage pressure, did not pay attention to the massage points hence left the customer's body in so much pain/bruises. Management should give her a warning.

The voucher check process is still not normal. But the therapy is really good

There is no place to change clothes if we want to wear short pants to make it more comfortable for us to massage. Also I have chosen the 2 hour package by saying full body reflexy... until 2 hours finished the therapist hasn't had a hand massage which should be part of a reflexy massage... I don't know if the therapist is daydreaming or what... Until I don't know when to finish the massage which should have been there is a SOP on how to massage the customer. The atmosphere n massage chairs are comfortable... Only the therapist and reception staff really need improvement
