Yesterday I bought a voucher via the app and when I went to the Natasha clinic in Tangcity, the staff said it wasn't possible, "you have to go directly to Traveloka." Usually, if you buy a voucher like this, you just have to redeem it at the clinic and you can use it. Yesterday at Natasha, it wasn't possible, so the voucher was a waste and couldn't be used.
