The staff was very friendly. The therapist was also patient. My face felt incredibly clean after the facial. Redeeming the voucher was also easy and hassle-free. There was a free sheet mask and complimentary tea too. Highly recommended.

Bought a treatment voucher because it was my choice, arrived at Erha and consulted with the doctor. And the doctor said not to just choose any treatment haha, after the procedure it is mandatory to use the product.
