There wasn't much communication, like whether her posture was correct or what was wrong with her legs or something like that. She was just silent. So far, this is my first time having a sports massage. I think it's only recommended for a massage to relieve fatigue.

I've been a regular at Kokuo Menteng, the ambiance is always comfortable and relaxing, the facilities are complete, shorts are provided for changing, blankets, and I just found out now that you not only get bottled mineral water but also refreshments from the extensive menu options. So far, I've never met a therapist at the Menteng branch who disappointed me. You can choose between female or male therapists, and the communication is also good, starting from whether the pressure is enough or not, whether you want a neck and head massage, or whether you want to stretch your arms and body. Even though it's far from the pandemic period, the SOP for cleanliness is solid, the sofa is always provided with a change of pad for each customer and the therapist always wears a mask + medical hair net. If you take the Signature Massage & Reflexology, you get a full body massage without oil and no need to remove clothes. Taking the 60-minute one won't be enough, it's better to just go for 90/120. From the price of 300 thousand on the Xperience app, it's only around 230 thousand. Super worth it and will definitely come back!
