For the staff, I am more comfortable in Blok M: more polite, friendlier, and more comfortable. The place is up to standard. For the reception, the one in Blok M is more proper.

Had a good time as a first timer at Kokuo. I tried the Ayana Midplaza branch, and it was so calming. Eventho the room was for unisex but I still feel quite comfortable. I hope to try another place of Kokuo.
