I can't explain it all. I've always loved Kokuo. It's very comfortable and quite spacious. Now there's more privacy, with a thin curtain separating each seat. So I can relax more and not be disturbed by other people! I booked a 2-hour session and was very satisfied. The therapist, if I'm not mistaken, was Ms. Dewi. She was very communicative and asked for a massage on her arms and feet. Book a 2-hour session and get a cold drink, ginger tea, matcha ice cream, or matcha latte. There are also croissants and other sweet pastries. Thank you so much, Kokuo 😇

It was a pleasant service from the therapist! The ambiance was very relaxing, calming, and comforting. Definitely will come back soon.

The staff is very friendly, the atmosphere is comfortable. Maybe in the future they can add a closed women's room like the ones in other branches.
