This is the best spa, the therapists are good, the massage is good and the place is comfortable, even though the price is quite high, it is really worth it.

Not only once twice but already fourth times coming to enjoy the service! and still counting for upcoming service at Martha Tilaar

Best place for best spa experience!

First, shoes are brought to the room where a shoe rack should be provided outside the treatment room. Second, the massage method was too rushed, as if someone was chasing you. Even though we took the 120 minute treatment. Massage is like giving a body scrub without paying attention to the appropriate massage points. Because at such a hefty price it really isn't worth it. Third, customer privacy is poorly maintained. Because there was no permission to open the towel when you wanted to massage. Hopefully with this review the future of Martha Tilaar Kelapa Gading will be much better.

"There's a price, there's stuff" ❤️ even though it's expensive, Martha Tilaar really can satisfy what I haven't found in other spas so far. 2 times therapy with Mba Puput I can always fall asleep haha plus the insomnia is gone!! Will be back for sure, thank you Traveloka

Treatment Batimung comfy banget. Setelah itu kulit jadi lembab. As usual, pelayanan dan servis baik sekali.

Spent a spa day with my Mum here. Service was great, the herbs and material used also helped us to relax. Only small nag was that the place seemed a little bit worn for wear, but still OK! Would definitely go again :)
