The staff is friendly, very helpful, and the place is comfortable. Everything is explained in great detail. I highly recommend this place.

As for the service, it's the best! Very responsive, sometimes even reminding me about my schedule or after treatment. Yesterday I tried the IPL acnes treatment. The doctor was patient and friendly, and very detailed. The therapists were also very nice.
