My first time here, so far I'm satisfied. Doctor Claudia is kind and thorough, and redeeming the voucher is easy. I had a full-face HIFU procedure. I paid the new customer fee of 16,800 and had to buy anti-irritation cream after the HIFU for 105,000. I used it for 3 days. I'm going to have another HIFU treatment at Sozo next month. I'm satisfied.

Staff are so polite and friendly. Ticket redemption was easy too.

Sofar is ok, it's just funny that I've entered the room and then given cold gel, suddenly the doctor informed me that there was another procedure so I waited almost 30 minutes, even the treatment I took didn't even last 30 minutes😅 I'm just a bit confused, why is the admin so nosy asking me how much I bought it on Traveloka, he said🫠
