I would like to share my recent experience at Sozo Skin Clinic – Surabaya Bukit Darmo in the hope that it helps improve your service quality.
I booked my treatment in advance via WhatsApp for an 11:00 AM appointment, paid beforehand, and arrived on time today. However, upon arrival I was only informed that the doctor’s shift actually started at 12:00 PM. I arrived on time at 11:00 AM as scheduled. However, the treatment did not begin until 1:00 PM.
This was never communicated to me during the booking process. I still had to wait for quite a long time which resulted in me waiting for two hours despite being punctual.
Additionally, I found the staff to be rather nonchalant and not very attentive, which left me feeling overlooked as a client. The waiting area was also poorly maintained. I even noticed spider webs, which does not reflect the standards one would expect from a clinic with such a strong reputation.
I was truly disappointed by this experience, as I had higher expectations given the clinic’s reputation. I sincerely hope that you will take this feedback into account and work to improve your scheduling transparency, staff attentiveness, and overall cleanliness, so that future clients will not face the same issues.
