The ambience was very relaxing, the reclining chair was comfortable, therapist was skillful, they also provided short pants for those who wore tight jeans, the options of drinks & snacks were also nice (I got hot matcha latte and bread). Will definitely come again!

From the moment I arrived and showed my ticket, I was greeted warmly by all the staff there. The place is very comfortable, clean and just the right amount of cold. This is highly recommended for elderly teenagers like me who work standing for 9 hours. Kokuo is the best when it comes to treatment. What's more, if you take the premium one, it's really great.

For the first-timers the location of Kokuo @ Sency is rather tricky to find, but the overall experience was totally worth it. Regarding to the service quality of the therapist, it was okay. I personally prefer a harder and stronger massage pressure, and my therapist was quite okay at that time. The experience was rounded off with a complimentary high tea, including a semi-barista made selection of espresso-based beverages.

I've been a regular at Kokuo since 2021 and have always been satisfied. Ticket exchange is also easy. After booking the ticket, just book the time directly on Kokuo's WhatsApp. For those at the Sency branch, you get a free drink. You can choose, and I chose matcha.

The receptionist was not very friendly, during redemption and after the massage she just sat there without greeting as per other Kokuo standards and today's therapist lacked power even though I had asked several times to increase the strength of the massage.
