Long story short, I arrived at 20.00 WIB, then I asked the staff who was on duty there, "Isn't there a long queue, sir?" Then the staff replied "Wait a minute, Sis". But after I showed the voucher if I ordered through Traveloka, I felt like I was being ignored and just told to wait.
Then I waited for about 2 hours. It's been so unreasonable and so long ago.
What's worse is that there are guests who just arrived just waiting for a while and then were immediately called into the room, even though I came first and had waited for about 2 hours. It really annoyed me, then I immediately approached the staff and asked "why are the new guests not told to wait long?". Then the staff reasoned and answered "the problem is that the ready room is small, sis" because I ordered a medium room. This answer doesn't make sense because I saw more than 4 new guests arriving alone. And in the end I entered the room at 22.00 WIB. Wow that's amazing.
So, just a suggestion for the management of Inul Vizta Solo Square, tell all your staff that you should not differentiate between visitors who use traveloka vouchers and visitors who don't use vouchers. Improve the quality of your service.
I am very disappointed with the staff who underestimated me when I used a Traveloka voucher. I am very dissatisfied with the service and treatment of the staff.
