I couldn't use the voucher. When I went to the cinema, I couldn't collect my ticket. The staff said the value of the code was zero. Then I had to call to the help center, but I had to wait for the call center to send the message to the other department. The whole process was at least 1 hour, so we missed the film. So I gave up, I emailed the help center.
I really really wanted to hear the explanation from Traveloka. I feel really upset because we had to go home, lost money and had our time wasted.
