Actually the service is good. And they are located in beachfront so you can go to the beach and to the pool afterwards. However, not all the staffs are understand about this voucher, so after long discussion, someone understand about this voucher. The shower rooms are not clean, so we changed the clothes at toilet in restaurant. I think they are in the process improving.

The place and staff were amazing !!!! I think the menu for the package could be more attractive in terms of presentation and taste. If the property aim for family, my suggestion is to create meals package. What I experienced was only for light bites. Or maybe give some explanation of what is included on the voucher, So the guests is understand what they will entitled for. The pool towels were a bit smelly, it could be from the laundry detergent or it might be they stored for a couple days.
