suddenly the match date was changed and there was no notification. the official ticket that should have been sent to my personal email was also not sent. I only got an email on the day, that was after I chased Traveloka and it was still the old date. I don't know what and who was wrong. So the point is, I canceled watching and there was no refund.

everything went smoothly, it's just that I was worried a few days before the match because I got an email from Manchester United that my ticket was withdrawn, it turned out that Traveloka had sent a new ticket on the same day without me realizing it, but in the end I was able to enter the stadium without any problems. The CS response was fast and 24 hours considering there is a time difference between Indonesia and the UK, but my chat was always replied to when there was a problem, this was very helpful, thank you for this impressive experience.
