The place is interesting, but the experience at the location is just so-so. However, purchasing tickets via Traveloka is great and easy.

If you are a Potterhead, you must try this experience. Just show your online ticket, you can enter HP:vision of magic. After that, you will be lent a wand that you can use according to the instructions (the staff there will explain how to use it). The staff will regulate the number of visitors who are allowed to enter (in turns) so that the place does not feel crowded, although that means the queue to enter will also feel longer.

It was just okay. There was little interaction with the audience. Personally, I don't think it was worth the price. The staff were friendly and cheerful though. There were no drinks or food provided. At the exit, they sell Butter Beer for 10 SGD — you can give it a try, it tastes sweet. Also, there’s no restroom available once you go inside.

The interactive wand made the whole thing feel immersive, and the atmosphere was spot-on. I wish it had been longer, but it was totally worth it! Highly recommended for Harry Potter fans.

I recommend that anyone who wants to learn magic go and try it. It really makes your childhood dreams come true. Each spot has many beautiful photo spots.

It's really exciting because the concept is different, of course the experience is different. For children under 8 years old, this might be a bit scary because it's dark and there are also many sound effects that make small children a bit uncomfortable, so make sure to always be accompanied so they can stay comfortable until the final section.

Everything goes smooth from the first. At first, I had a trouble when redeeming the ticket and the staff was very helpful and informative (both app and HP’s staff at the location).

Tickets are sent via email. You can change the time of your visit at any time. When you get there, just scan the QR code to scan the ticket. No need to print it. Very convenient. Recommended for Harry Potter fans. The event is the best. It's like you're really in the movie scene. The replicas, the atmosphere, the music are excellent. Plus, you can use a magic wand to cast spells. I like that you can stay in each room for as long as you want. But if you change rooms, you can't go back to the old room. So take pictures and clips until you're satisfied before changing rooms.
