The security staff was very helpful with filling in the form to redeem my voucher.
However, I was disappointed that a very personal question like religious affiliation was still impulsory to fill-in the form. This kind of question can be discriminatory and is not found in the west. (What is one's religious belief had anything to do with their health service?)
Also, the voucher I bought stated that I could ask for an english version, but the staff seemed doubtful about it. Luckily, I could get the bilingual version of my covid test on the soft copy version.
