Unfortunately there is no drive thru service, better at another branch. but so far the one in BSD is also fast, but not good at handling queues from online, so the walk-in takes precedence.

The place is clean and comfortable, the location is easy to reach and there is a big signboard so it's easy to see from the highway. The staff is also professional and responsive. There have been 2 PCR tests here, the results came out in less than 24 hours. Overall I'm very satisfied and will come here if I need a covid test.

The queue is too long because the number of registration officers is not enough

The service is good and professional. The voucher redeem process is also smooth. What makes me most happy, the results of the PCR test are not even 24 hours out. I'm really satisfied, now if your family wants to do an antigen or PCR test, you have to go to Helix.
