When I came, the staffs didn't respond well to us. They didn't bother just to ask where I come from. I don't live in Manado, I just have a transit there for my next-day flight. Traveloka provides me with the easiness of booking this service, that's why I booked it and paid for it. They should ask me first about those detail instead of saying that we should book directly instead of booking from Traveloka, and they didn't want to do the service. Where's the common sense? If this company doesn't want to have a partnership with Traveloka, then please take it down. Moreover, I waited for 1.5 hours just to do the test (cause I insisted I have paid for this service). They made me wait because they were having a handover for the next shift. What a terrible and spectacular experience I got!
